When your IoT device is connected to the network for the first time or the network environment is changed, you need to go through the device network configuration process. To discover smart devices and connect to the WLAN network, the Sauna_Control APP needs to access the mobile phone's location permission to obtain the WiFi list, as well as the WLAN name and WLAN password you enter. Among them, the WiFi password is personal sensitive information. The above information is only used locally and will not be uploaded to the cloud server. Zhixiangjia Platform will not collect the WiFi password. Meanwhile, to facilitate device binding later, the APP will encrypt and store the WiFi password locally for automatic password filling during the next device network configuration, so as to realize quick device network connection.

2.2

In the process of you using our products and services, to identify abnormal status of accounts or devices, understand or optimize the adaptability of products and services, and provide application version update or firmware version update services, we will collect your usage information and store it as network log information. This includes the hardware model of the relevant device, IESI number, IDFA number, IMEI number, IMSI number, MEID number, SSID number, OAID number, GAID number, ICCID number, Android ID or other unique device identifiers, MAC address, IP address, operating system version, sensitive information about the list of installed software, information about running processes, registration date, and device settings used to access the services. To provide better intelligent experience services, we will collect relevant usage information of your IoT devices, including device model, device operation status, device usage frequency, power consumption, ambient temperature and ambient humidity. If you do not provide such information, we will be unable to identify the abnormal status of your device and effectively locate and solve the problems you feedback.

2.3

When you enable the device or APP location function and use the location-based services we provide, we will collect your location information so that you can obtain relevant services without manually entering your geographical coordinates. We will use technologies such as IP address, GPS, and other sensors that can provide relevant information (providing information about nearby devices, WLAN access points, and base stations) for positioning. You can disable the location function through system authorization to stop us from collecting your geographical location information. After disabling, you will be unable to use the relevant functions or achieve the intended effect of the relevant services. Note: Collecting your current location information is to provide you with environmental services and quick device network configuration services, and we will not track your movement trajectory.

2.4

To help us understand the operation status of any of the above-mentioned Zhixiangjia Platforms, we may record relevant information, such as your usage frequency, crash data, overall usage, and performance data. We will not associate the information stored in the analysis software with any of your personal information.

2.5

It should be particularly noted that separate device information and service log information are information that cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such information with other information to identify a specific natural person, or use it in combination with other personal information, then during the combined use period, such non-personal information will be regarded as personal information. Unless we obtain your authorization or as otherwise specified by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such information.

The Sauna_Control APP may request permissions from your Android device. The following are the business functions corresponding to the requested permissions, our purpose of requesting the permissions, and whether the permission request will be notified to you.

You can establish connections and share with others through our services. When you create communications, transactions or shares through our services, you can independently select the objects of communication, transaction or sharing, who will be the third parties that can see relevant information such as your transaction content, contact information, communication information or shared content.

5. Cancellation of Account by the Personal Information Subject

5.1 You may cancel your previously registered account at any time. If you need to do so, you can apply for cancellation through the following methods:

5.1.2 After logging into the Sauna_Control APP, click [My] at the bottom, then click [Cancel Account], and follow the instructions to complete the account cancellation.

5.2 After you cancel your account, we will stop providing products or services to you and delete your personal information within 15 working days in accordance with your request.

6. How to Protect Minors' Information

6.1

Our products and services are mainly for adults. In the case of collecting minors' personal information with the consent of legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose the legally collected minors' personal information when permitted by law, explicitly agreed by legal guardians, or necessary to protect minors.

6.2

If we find that we have collected minors' personal information without obtaining the prior consent of legal guardians, we will try to delete the relevant data as soon as possible. If a legal guardian has reason to believe that a minor has submitted personal information to Zhixiangjia Platform without their prior consent, please contact us to ensure the deletion of such personal information and ensure that the minor unsubscribes from any applicable Zhixiangjia Platform services.
