Make sure your sauna device is turned on and in pairing mode. In the app, tap "Add Device", select your device model, and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection process.
Please check if the device is powered on and has a stable Wi-Fi connection. Try restarting the app and the device. If the problem persists, check if the device firmware is up to date.
In the app settings, find "Device Management", select the device you want to reset, tap "Forget Device", and then reconnect following the pairing process.
We currently support most major smart sauna brands, including Harvia, Saunum, TyloHelo, and more. The complete list of supported brands can be viewed within the app.
